Theological / Devotional

Not many children. That is, the other Simeonite clans (Num. 26:12-14). During the 40 years’ wandering the tribe decreased 60 per cent in population (Num. 1:23 ; 26:14), with the result that it numbered less than half the average of all the tribes.
