Theological / Devotional

Refreshed. The presence and conversation of these emissaries from Corinth had brought encouragement and consolation to Paul. They had apparently given the apostle information concerning the church in Corinth (v. 17), information that helped him to obtain a clearer understanding of the situation (see Prov. 15:30).
