Theological / Devotional

Fountains. Palestine is famous for its springs and fountains, welling up from under a rock or bank, or from the ground. They are the permanent source of many streams and rivers. Evidently long after the usual rivers had gone dry, some streams fed by springs drawing their water from the snows of the Lebanon Mts. continued to flow throughout the hot dry season, when there was no rain.
