Theological / Devotional

Altar of burnt offering. Ahaz had removed this altar from its regular position and profaned it (2 Kings 16:14, 15).

Shewbread table. Only one table is here mentioned (see 2 Chron. 4:8, 19; cf. 1 Chron. 28:16; see on 1 Kings 7:48).
