Theological / Devotional

Be strong and courageous. Having done all that human power could do to strengthen the defenses of the city, Hezekiah encouraged the people to place their trust in God. Regardless of the power of the enemy, the man who trusts and reveres the Lord always has reason for courage, for the battle is not his but God’s (see ch. 20:15).
