Commentary on 2 Chronicles 33:16

Theological / Devotional

Repaired the altar. Ahaz had moved the brazen altar (2 Kings 16:14); Hezekiah had reconsecrated it (2 Chron. 29:18). Manasseh may also have removed it and desecrated it, allowing it to fall into disrepair.
