Theological / Devotional

Neither let Hezekiah. It appears that the Assyrians were acquainted with Hezekiah’s firm trust in the Lord and with his endeavors to cause the people to place their confidence in God. From the first Hezekiah had encouraged his people to be strong (see 2 Chron. 32:7, 8).
