Commentary on 2 Samuel 13:22

Theological / Devotional

Neither good nor bad. Outwardly Absalom revealed no trace of his inner feelings. Although burning with hatred and revenge he contrived to maintain a calm exterior, while all the time plotting his brother’s death. It would have been far better for all concerned if he had gone immediately to seek justice through the proper legal channels.
