Theological / Devotional

Abiezer. A native of Anathoth, afterward the home of Jeremiah (Jer. 1:1), and commander of the ninth division (1 Chron. 27:12).

Mebunnai. Or “Sibbecai” (1 Chron. 11:29 and 27:11), commander of the eighth division. He was the slayer of the Philistine giant Saph (2 Sam. 21:18).
