Theological / Devotional

Exceedingly tossed. The storm increased in fury. The next day. That is, the second day of the storm. The ship was now past the momentary shelter provided by the island of Clauda. Lightened the ship. They set about throwing the cargo of wheat (v. 38) overboard. The ship was still leaking badly in spite of the ropes secured around its hull to keep it from coming apart (see on v. 17).
