Theological / Devotional

Grass. The same word may also mean vegetables for man’s use (Genesis 3:18), as well as grass for cattle, as here (Psalm 106:20; Jeremiah 14:6).

Thou mayest eat. Healthy, well-fed cattle meant an abundance of food for man as well, and prosperity in general (Leviticus 25:19; cf. Joel 1:10-20).
