Presume to speak. To pretend to speak the words of God when in reality a man but speaks for himself, God considers a most heinous crime (Jer. 14:14, 15; 23:16, 21-27, 30-33; Jer. 28:15-17; Eze. 12:24 ; 13:1-3).
