Confirmed i not. Literally, “to cause to stand,” therefore “to establish,” “to cause to endure,” “to make binding,” “to carry out.” The same form of the verb is also rendered “establish” (Deut. 28:9; Gen. 17:21; Ps. 78:5); “perform” (1 Kings 8:20; 2 Chron. 6:10); “uphold” (Job 4:4).

In Gal. 3:10 the apostle Paul quotes from this verse.
