Theological / Devotional

Turn thy captivity. Compare Ps. 14:7; 85:1-3; 126:1, 4; Eze. 16:53. It is not a deliverance from physical captivity that is most important, but rather deliverance from captivity to sin (see Ps. 41:4; Jer. 3:22; 17:14; Hosea 14:4; Matt. 13:15).
