Theological / Devotional

Merciful. God’s mercy upon His land and his people. These words will meet their complete fulfillment in relation to the saved in the new earth (see Rev. 21:1-7). The apostle Paul quotes this verse to show that the Gentiles must partake of the salvation made available by Christ (see Rom. 15:10).
