Commentary on Deuteronomy 33:21

Theological / Devotional

The first part. The first territory conquered was divided by Moses between Reuben, Gad, and the half tribe of Manasseh (see Numbers 32:1, 2, 33).

His judgments. The Gadites fulfilled their promise to cross over the Jordan and do their part in the conquest of Canaan, until the whole country was subdued (Numbers 32:21, 22, 29).
