Theological / Devotional

Church is subject. What characterizes the subjection of the church to Christ? Willingness, confidence, faith, love. The servitude of love is a most pleasant experience; “my burden is light,” says the Head of the church (Matt. 11:30).

In every thing. That is, of course, in everything that is in harmony with the mind of God, for no loyalty can stand between the individual soul and God.
