And Moses wrote. The Spirit of truth that inspired all the prophets (see John 14:26; Hebrews 1:1; 2 Peter 1:20, 21) brought to his remembrance all the injunctions God had given him. Moses then erected an altar, for without a sacrifice no covenant would be held binding.
