Theological / Devotional

Upon man’s flesh. That is, none of the sacred oil was to be used by anyone as a common ointment. It was to be reserved exclusively for sacred use. Nor was the same formula to be used for any other purpose, though of course the same ingredients might be used separately or in other combinations.
