Theological / Devotional

Unto their children. Verses 18-26 review the third part of Israel’s history — the generation that grew up in the wilderness under the influence of the legislation and institutions given at Sinai. The people were earnestly warned to avoid the sins of their fathers. The orations of Deuteronomy were addressed to that generation.
