A mighty hand. A common expression in the Pentateuch for the mighty acts by which Jehovah liberated His people from the power of the Egyptians and led them out of Egypt (Deut. 4:34; 5:15; Deut. 7:19; etc.; cf. Ex. 6:1, 6). God is going to accomplish a new exodus.
