Whose voice then shook. Compare Exodus 19:18.

Yet once more. The quotation is adapted from the LXX of Haggai 2:6, 7 (see comment there). In its original setting the prophecy applied to the Temple as restored following the Babylonian captivity and to the first advent of Christ. Here it applies to the second advent (see Revelation 16:17, 18).
