The passage. From Michmash the route leads downward through a deep ravine and up a steep ascent to Geba, 5 3/4 mi. (9.2 km.) from Jerusalem. Ramah of Benjamin (1 5/8 mi., 2.6 km., west of Geba) and Gibeah, the city of Saul (2 1/8 mi., 3.4 km., south of Ramah), are on the direct road between Michmash and Jerusalem.
