Theological / Devotional

Utterly emptied. When Christ returns, all the living wicked will be slain and all the righteous will ascend with Him into heaven (see Jer. 25:30-33; Luke 17:26, 29, 30; 1 Thess. 5:3; Rev. 19:11-21; 20:4-6). The earth will thus be left without inhabitants (see Jer. 4:25).
