Theological / Devotional

Sing unto the Lord. Days of darkness and discouragement had overtaken Judah, and darker days lay ahead, but Isaiah proclaimed a message of comfort and hope (ch. 40:1, 2). As the people looked forward to the glorious future they could even now rejoice and sing and thank God for His wonderful mercy and love.
