Theological / DevotionalA controversy. Heb. rib, “strife,” or “a case at law.” The picture is that of God sitting in judgment upon the wicked nations.
To the sword. The symbol of destruction by war. In the final conflict of nations the wicked will perish by various means (see GC 657).
