Theological / Devotional

Among the chief of the nations. Or, “for the head of the nations,” referring to redeemed Israel (see Deut. 28:13; cf. Ex. 19:5, 6; Lev. 20:24, 26; Deut. 7:6 ; 26:18, 19).

Publish. Literally, “cause to be heard,” that is, “make proclamation of” it.

The remnant. See on Joel 2:32.
