Neesings. Old English for “sneezings.” When the crocodile, turned toward the sun with open jaws, is excited to sneezing, the water gushing from his mouth glistens brilliantly in the sunlight.

Eyes. The small eyes of the crocodile possess a catlike sparkle that has been widely observed.
