Commentary on John 9:25
Theological / DevotionalI know not. He was not so certain as the Jews. They claimed to “know” (v. 24). However, they had not supplied sufficient evidence, nor had they solved the dilemma of how a man that was a sinner could do such miracles (v. 16).
One thing I know. The healed man revealed remarkable shrewdness. He refused to quibble about whether Jesus was a sinner. He based his testimony upon indisputable evidence.
