Theological / Devotional

Hamilton. This is thought by some to be the present Umm el-‘Awdmid, 7 mi. north of Achzib, which is the modern ez-Zib, on the seacoast 5 mi. (8 km.) above Acre. Others take Hammon to be a village 3/4 mi. from Umm el-‘Awdmid.

Kanah. This is thought to be a town southeast of Tyre, probably the modern Qanah.
