Theological / Devotional

Talked. Gr. homileo, “to associated with”; hence, “to converse with.” These two followers of Jesus seem to have been well informed about events in Jerusalem. They had no doubt spent much of the day with other believers, listening to various persons who had brought reports of happenings clustering around the resurrection (see on Matt. 28:1).
