Moment. Gr. stigme, from stizo, literally, “to tatoo”; that is, “to prick,” or “to puncture,” hence “a point of time.” We might say, “in a second” or “in a tick of the clock.” Tyndale’s translation reads “in the twinkling of an eye.”
