Who is a God? Micah closes his prophecy with a note of praise for God’s mercy and faithfulness. Compare similar expressions in Exodus 15:11; Psalm 71:19.

Pardoneth iniquity. Compare Exodus 34:7; Isaiah 55:7.

Retaineth not. Compare Psalm 103:9.
