Theological / Devotional

Censers. The same Hebrew word is translated “firepans” (Ex. 27:3). The offering of incense was considered one of the holiest of all priestly functions (see on Luke 1:9).

Korah and the men with him were invited to carry out a most important duty of the office to which they aspired.
