Theological / Devotional

In the most holy place. This is generally thought to refer to the tabernacle in contrast to the outer courtyard. In harmony with the obvious intent of Scripture (Lev. 16:2; Heb. 9:6, 7) the RSV reads “a most holy place.”

Every male shall eat it. And none other, as specifically stated elsewhere (Lev. 2:3, 10 ; 6:17, 18, 29; 7:6).
