Theological / DevotionalTo give. Verses 4-6 state for whom the book is intended: the simple, the young, and the wise.
Subtilty. Heb. ‘ormah, “craftiness,” “prudence.” The word may either be used in a bad sense, as in Ex. 21:14 (translated “guile”), or in a good sense, as here and in Prov. 8:5, 12.
