Theological / Devotional

Living waters. This prophecy parallels that of Eze. 47:1-12 and describes conditions as they might have been (see on Eze. 47:1; Rev. 22:1).

Former sea ... hinder sea. That is, the Dead Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, respectively (see on Num. 3:23).
