Commentary on Zechariah 8:7

Theological / Devotional

I will save. God will “save” His scattered people and “bring” (v. 8) them again to their own land. Once more they will “dwell” in peace and security and “be my people” (v. 8).

The east country. The two directions mentioned in this verse may symbolize universal extent (see Ps. 50:1; Mal. 1:11; Matt. 8:11).
