Your learning information

Course notice: 2 November 2026

When you start a course, Faith Online saves your enrolment, reading progress, completion and the understanding-check answers you choose to submit. Your account email and display name identify your learning record.

Designated learner-support staff can see records for their assigned learners or conference. Staff with answer-review permission can also see submitted understanding-check answers. This helps the team understand your progress and support your learning. Staff access is recorded.

Personal reflections are optional. A saved reflection is private unless you select the option to share it with learner-support staff. You can turn sharing off again; this prevents future access but cannot undo something already read. Your existing Study Centre notes stay private and separate.

Course answers and reflections are not sent to an AI service, advertising system or mailing list by the LMS. Do not include someone else’s personal details in your responses.

Your learning record is retained while your account exists. Deleting the account removes its course progress and responses from the active database; recovery backups may retain earlier copies until they expire. Access-audit records contain event details, not answer text.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact Faith Online using your account email. Please do not include private course answers in the contact form.

The current courses can be started at any age. Courses designed specifically for younger learners are planned. Year of birth is collected during registration for future age-appropriate course selection; it does not restrict access to the current courses.
