And them that are turned back from the LORD; and [those] that have not sought the LORD, nor inquired for him.

Zephaniah 1:6 — KJV

Theological / Devotional

Turned back. Here the prophet denounces the out-and-out apostates, who have rejected the worship of the true God.

Not sought. The last half of v. 6 refers to those who were indifferent to the Lord, and without interest in religion.
