Men and brethren. See v. 15.

Stock of Abraham. Greek genos Abraam, “race of Abraham,” “Abrahamic descent.”

Whosoever ... feareth God. See v. 16.

To you. Textual evidence is divided between “to you” and “to us.” If “to us” is original, it agrees with v. 17, “God... chose our fathers.” Paul sought to avoid wounding Jewish feelings, classing himself with his hearers when possible.

This salvation. Connected with v. 23, the demonstrative pronoun shows salvation Paul preached rested on Jesus’ work and was gained by union with Him.
